Project Overview

The L.V Cable Termination project was a specialized electrical infrastructure initiative carried out by El-Masa El Zahabia for Kamco Co at the Amiral Jubail industrial facility. This project focused on the precise termination and connection of low-voltage power cables to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electrical distribution throughout the facility. Our team’s expertise in electrical systems and strict adherence to international standards were key factors in the successful execution of this technically demanding project.

Scope of Work

The project encompassed comprehensive low-voltage cable termination services, including:

  • Cable Preparation: Proper measuring, cutting, and preparation of cable ends
  • Termination Installation: Installation of cable lugs, glands, and connectors
  • Panel Connections: Termination of cables to distribution panels, switchgear, and control systems
  • Testing & Commissioning: Comprehensive testing of all terminations for continuity, insulation resistance, and proper connection
  • Documentation: Detailed documentation of all terminations with identification tagging and as-built drawings
  • Quality Assurance: Implementation of rigorous quality control measures throughout the process
