Project Overview
The Sinohydro projects of installation, testing, and commissioning of a dehumidifier system, along with the design, construction, and setup of a fully functional snack bar is undertaken by El-Masa El Zahabia Contracting Company to deliver Saudi Aramco.The combined scope aims to enhance environmental control within the facility while providing an upgraded, user‑friendly refreshment area that supports comfort, convenience, and operational efficiency.
Scope of Work
A. Dehumidifier System
- Conducting a detailed site assessment to determine humidity control requirements
- Supplying dehumidifier units with all necessary accessories (mounting kits, drainage, electrical components)
- Integrating the system with existing HVAC or building management systems
- Performing testing, commissioning, and performance verification
- Providing training for facility staff on operation and routine maintenance
- Delivering all documentation, including manuals, warranties, and as‑built drawings
B. Snack Bar Setup - Designing the layout of the snack bar, including counters, storage, and service areas
- Supplying and installing equipment such as refrigerators, display units, coffee machines, ovens, and preparation tools
- Executing civil, electrical, and plumbing works required for the snack bar infrastructure
- Installing cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and finishing materials
