Project Overview
The construction of the Landscaping & Irrigation Project Riyas Jubail is undertaken by El-Masa El Zahabia Contracting Company to deliver to Saudi Aramco The Landscaping & Irrigation Construction Project involves the full development of outdoor green areas, including hardscape, softscape, and automated irrigation systems. The objective is to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments that meet client specifications and environmental standards.
Scope of Work
The project included the following key activities:
– Clearing of debris, rocks, and unwanted vegetation
– Removal of unsuitable soil
– Grading and leveling to achieve required slopes
– Soil improvement using sand, compost, fertilizers, and conditioners
– Installation of kerbstones, edging, and borders
– Construction of walkways, paver areas, and footpaths
– Installation of retaining walls, planter boxes, and decorative elements
– Placement of gravel beds, decorative stones, and landscape lighting bases
– Construction of seating areas, pergolas, or shade structures (if included)
